Receive a comprehensive injury prevention evaluation to assess strength, flexibility, quality of movement, range of motion, and balance.
Two (2) one on one hour long private conditioning sessions per week for four (4) weeks. Each session is sport specific and personalized to the athlete to ensure that the athlete meets goals and helps prevent injuries during the sports season.
Meal Planning guidance to assist the athlete in creating a complete and well balanced diet .
One (1) month follow up evaluation and updated conditioning recommendations.
