DIVISION 2

This 60 minute program focuses on the foundation of strength and conditioning.  Athletes will have a personal training and conditioning coach who will teach the correct mechanics for running, lifting technique, and plyometrics. This program will build a better athlete by reducing the risk of injury and increasing coordination and balance. 


2 weekly sessions = $320 per month

3 weekly sessions = $425 per month 

DIVISION 1

This 60 minute program focuses on the development of strength with an emphasis on speed, agility and power. Instruction includes learning proper plyometric mechanics and lifting techniques to prevent injury and improve flexibility. Testing is conducted for strength and endurance, agility and balance, and speed. This accelerated program is proven to enhance upper and lower body power, strength, speed and muscular endurance.   


2 weekly sessions = $320 per month

3 weekly sessions = $425 per month
